Objectives: Responding to the needs of VINAFIS and the Vietnamese fisheries sector, establish the organizational, administrative and technical structure of ICAFIS, a Centre to promote aquaculture and fisheries sustainability within Vietnam and to share experiences internationally, focusing primarily on developing countries in Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America.
