Timing: September 2009 - December 2011

Objectives: Coordinate the development and implementation of activities targeted to improving the sustainability of shrimp farming and farmers' governance in Viet Nam. Establish a farm to table traceability system for small-scale farmers. Promote certification to the Shrimp Aquaculture Dialogue (ShAD) standards, the set of standards develop through a truly multi stakeholder and consensus based process. Establish links with markets requiring sustainably grown products.
