This document is a product compiled and documented from the implementation process of the project "Sustainable and Comprehensive Development of the Clam and Bamboo Value Chain in Vietnam" (SCBV), funded by the European Union for the period 2018–2022, and implemented by Oxfam in Vietnam, the International Center for Aquaculture and Fisheries Sustainability (ICAFIS), and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The document aims to provide basic knowledge and skills related to cooperatives (co-ops), including how to organize production and business activities, and how to establish market linkages for product consumption.
