With a simple but meaningful ceremony chaired by VINAFIS Chairman Dr. Nguyen Viet Thang and attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) and several other organisations, the International Collaborating Centre for Aquaculture and Fisheries Sustainability (ICAFIS) was officially established.
